How does it work?

Edutel offers a web-based support (Webinar) training facility whereby learners can attend virtual classes.

These classes are be facilitated live by an accredited Facilitator. Learners are able to see the Facilitator, go through the notes and workbook online and ask live questions (via text) and receive live answers. These classes are attended by various learners from around the country as if the learners are all sitting in one classroom. This facility enables learners to conduct both private and open conversations with the Facilitator during the training session. This is not e-learning but a support mechanism to help take the distance out of distance learning.

This form of delivery is ideal for:

  • companies and individuals who are located in remote or outlying areas
  • companies who have a small amount of learners allocated for training
  • learners who wish to make use of a distance or mixed mode of delivery
  • individuals and companies who love the convenience of attending classes online from home or work.

This facility is available to individuals and companies with computers, tablets or laptops. Internet access will also be required. Please contact us if you would like to participate in web-based support training but do not have the necessary facilities to do so. Individuals can also attend these classes by accessing an internet cafe.
