Submission of application form

• Print out the relevant application form from this website.
• Complete the application form and mail to P O Box 23009, Helderkruin, 1733. RSA
• Don't forget the debit order section of the application form (should you wish to make use of this facility).
  

Should you wish to pay your course fee in cash, you should deposit the relevant amount into the bank account of Edutel; bank account details:

ABSA Bank, Horizon. Branch Code 630 841, Account Number : 405 349 8561

NB:

• If the fee is to be paid by your company, please use the Company Name as a reference on the deposit slip.
• If you are paying for yourself as an individual, please use your initials and surname as a reference on the deposit slip.

Documents needed with application:

• Certified copies of all previous qualifications, including school leaving certificate
• Copy of ID document

NB : Proof of deposit must accompany application form (when applicable).
