Mentorship Training Workshop

This programme is aimed at providing the appropriate theoretical and practical training interventions to enable individuals to effectively execute the activities related to mentoring learners in the workplace.

The programme is based on the outcomes of the following 2 unit standards, namely
- Guide and support learners, and
- Guide and counsel learners

The workshop is a 4-day intensive small-group training intervention
Cost is R4410 excl. VAT (including lunch and refreshments)

Edutel Skills Development is fully accredited as a Provider by the W&R SETA ETQA. The Skills Development Programme offered by Edutel is approved by the ETDP SETA ETQA. To earn the credits linked to the four registered unit standards learners will be expected to complete a written test and prepare a portfolio of evidence after the training course.
